Encrpytion Error When Opening Ebook

When I try to open the e-book I get a strange encryption error saying it can't open the file.



What do I do?

This error means that you are trying to open the ebook with an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You need Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or higher to open the ebooks.



1. Go to adobe.com and download and install the most recent version of adobe acrobat reader.



2. Open adobe reader 7.0 and confirm that it says 7.0



3. Go to File > Open and open the PDF file you downloaded



This sequence will successfully open your ebook files.
