making 1st roman shade

Hello everyone!  This is my first post and hope you can get me started with my new project.  I have a long 46" bathroom window that is only 15" wide (ID). I want to make a hobbled roman shade, and I have never made one before. I have material to match the shower curtain.  I would like it to be unlined if that is possible.  I like when the folds remain rounded and not flat when fully opend.  Thank you everyone for any help with this.  Denise

You may have already figured out how to make your roman shade, but just in case you didn't... you would benefit greatly from the ebook "How To Make Roman Shades". It shows you exactly how to make a hobbled roman shade, along with design and installation.
